Undertone recognizes the need to foster the development of tomorrow’s business leaders.  We’ve developed an internship program that provides students with an opportunity to learn about every department within our organization. We’ve also created the Coordinator level role within each department to offer students a chance to join full-time after graduation. In fact, 44% of Coordinators hired in 2012 were previously interns! Interns who go on to become full-time hires meet regularly with their manager and HR rep to map out their career and development plan, ensuring they’re in a role best suited to their talents and interests.

The Program

We look for interns in many of the following fields: sales, marketing, client services, finance, sales planning, inventory management, publisher development, insights and research, campaign performance, and human resources. As part of our internship program, you’ll have the opportunity to attend team meetings, learn about cross-department interaction, attend company lunches and other events, and learn about the digital advertising industry. Start and end dates are flexible, but you’ll be expected to commit to at least three months.
