Undertone: A “Best Place to Work”

| Culture

We’re excited to announce that Undertone has been included in this year’s “Best Places to Work in New York City” list by Crain’s New York Business. This is the fifth time Undertone has been included in the list and the award further validates something we pride ourselves on: that our focus on culture and our investment in our team truly sets us apart from other organizations.

As a company, we realize that although we are growing quickly —we’ve expanded from 66 people in 2008, the first year we were included on the Best Places to Work list, to over 300 people worldwide today—it’s incredibly important to continue to embrace the culture and traditions that have gotten us to where we are now. To celebrate this, when we attended the Crain’s awards luncheon, we chose to invite not just HR and PR team members, but Undertone representatives from departments across the organization who exemplify our culture and the Undertone spirit.

Crain’s “Best Places to Work in New York City” is conducted through comprehensive surveys of both employers and employees at New York businesses. A high response rate is required to ensure accuracy of the results, and judges analyze data compiled from these surveys to determine each company’s overall strengths and weaknesses and to produce the rankings.
